Even in these exceptional times, KORLOY Europe GmbH is there for its customers. We ensure the supply chains through appropriate measures. Our Field Team is at your disposal at all times. In addition, we make use of digital resources and ways of communication such as video conferences and e-mails.

Customer visits can be scheduled under the consideration of the current hygiene and behaviour rules.

All our staff are trained in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) as follows:

• Compliance with the current hygiene measures
• Consideration of the minimum distance to others
• General avoidance of shaking hands
• Correct reaction in the event of a suspected case
• Division into teams, if possible with spatial separation
• Use of phone and video conferencing where possible

Regular disinfection of surfaces. We are confident that we can master this challenge together with you.
